2016 Festival - MANCHESTER

After a three year hiatus, the RVA SAF returned with a more grass roots approach, engaging new local artists along with up and coming talent from around the United States, including Esteban del Valle, Dennis McNett, and Ouizi. The festival was focused around the Southern States silo complex at the southern end of the Mayo Bridge, with multiple other murals scattered around the old Manchester neighborhood. The festival included a parade led by All Saints Theatre and was organized in conjunction with Richmond’s Earth Day celebration.
